隨便打..xp"

上星期開始跟elaine同婷婷返kongu qt...感覺好唔同啊...

我覺得,人真係好難只係單靠自己o既能力去行好每件事...

我係時間捉返緊神喇...

...其實佢一直都o係背後等緊我回頭...

只係我一直唔去留意...將注意力放左o係第二道喇...

 

今日o既ppe assessment考得唔錯~~雖然只係一個簡單o既test~

但係俾個tester讚兩句已經足夠令我開心成晚!!XD

所以今晚心情好好...

ha!我既emotion高低起跌得好犀利!!!!

上次同merry qt o個時,佢同我講話,

emotion呢樣o野係神俾我地既一份好好既gift....

我係唔應該成日將佢睇成係一樣唔好,會拖累自己同人地既野...

我應該好好珍惜所擁有既,學識點樣去live with it properly...

haha...講下講下都唔知自己講咩添...

總之....今晚我心情好好...

雖然...我知道黎緊仲有好多野...可能令我好快就會跌返落黎....

但係,我仲得...上次同merry qt既時候,提起過一句經文,

...不應該為明天憂慮,一天的憂慮一天擔當就夠了...

冇錯,雖然後面既事我唔可以完全唔理,但係最起碼,

我要著眼於今日先~我要好好珍惜眼前所擁有既野先,

唔係既話,我又好容易會miss左一o的o野.....

總之總之,,,,,,我要好好記住,好好享受呢一刻所感受到的....!!

仲有就係,我覺得令我心情好既一部分原因,

係我開始搵返我心靈上既依靠,就係神!!

睇到皺眉頭既朋友....我相只你肯去嘗試了解神既話,

終有一日你會感受到我所感受到的...!

我好希望見到呢一日既來臨!

就好似elaine今日同我講咁

有好野,當然想同朋友分享~

 

要向前看啊!

有o的o野,捉得太緊真係令自己好辛苦...

反而自自然然去行會更好...

  • Chronic aches and pains not explained by another physical condition

It's normal to have some signs of depression some of the time. But if the symptoms appear for 2 weeks or longer, or noticeable changes occur in usual functioning, you are advised to consult a medical doctor or mental health professional. Please take actions to handle the problem.
